Relaxing outdoors during the warm, Summer months, and whenever else possible, is a pastime that's here to stay. Homeowners are always seeking ways to get more out of their outdoor living spaces. We recognize the importance and value in creating low-maintenance, sustainable outdoor spaces and landscapes as everyone's lifestyles get busier each year. People are embracing spending more time outdoors and we achieve that by creating outdoor living spaces and oases that will have the same comforts, flexibility and designs that we have inside our homes. In recent years we began to recognize a necessary and untapped market and became pioneers for remodeling and transforming additional dwelling units (ADU's) - barns, sheds, boathouses, yurts, etc. into unique and one-of-a-kind spaces that increase the value of the property, create a source of income for homeowners, or provide a personal oasis for homeowners.

The importance of gardening together as a family cannot be understated.  Planning, sowing, and tending a family garden offers countless benefits with a purpose shared by everyone.  Gardening helps teach children about nutrition and responsibility, and gives them a sense of accomplishment.  It also provides families with an opportunity to spend much needed time together.

Families who garden together enjoy better health and well being; children eat more vegetables; gardening provides stress relief, relaxation and physical exercise; children become more interested in their nutrition; and families become more creative with their meal preparation and menus.

Our services include theme creation, event coordination & management, social media advertising, staging, decor, catering, mixology, live entertainment/music, valet services, staffing, complete set up, break down and clean up.  

Each of our events also "spotlight" the home's community and it's culture & lifestyle by incorporating local talent in each of our projects including on-site/pop-up local farmer's markets, wine tastings, on-site galleries of local artist's works, performances from local orchestras, narrated tours of the community, as well as many other unique offerings. We also create a curated list of suggested invitees for each event.

With the emergence of platforms such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. offering short-term rentals, we became aware of the need to fulfill the short-term rental market and launched our Noble Concierge Short-Term Rental Program.

Our services for the program began with including our "Thrills, Fills & Spills" ADU renovations - transforming our client's ADU's - barns, sheds, pool houses, garages, boat houses, yurts, guest houses, etc., into rentable spaces, as well as preparing these spaces for listing on various platforms by staging and photographing each space.  Within the first year, we grew our services to also include listing, co-hosting, and managing our client's short-term rental spaces on these platforms, and as of December, 2022 have managed over 9,300 reservations. 

Our expertise in understanding the short-term rental market and what's necessary for achieving successful short-term rentals became globally recognized and resulted in a demand for The Noble Concierge to seek and earmark appropriate areas, towns, and properties that are for sale, for clients who wish to benefit from the additional income that the short-term rental market provides.  We achieve this through our in-depth research and analysis of prospective and select communities and towns, including competitive short-term rental listings, seasonal vs. year round traffic, climate, other available lodging, local amenities, distances to airports, cultural offerings, and much more.    

Our management services include reservations, housekeeping, turn-over and maintenance, as well as services specific to guests - private chef, baby-sitting, administrative/gal Friday support, dining reservations, VIP tickets, party planning, guest itineraries and more.

Currently, 52% of our short-term rental clients are those that we have assisted in finding "investment" properties with the sole purpose of becoming short-term rentals, and our "Noble Concierge" program manages 96% of those same client's listings.

Because of our commitment to provide our clients with the "safest" environment and to also meet our client's demands, we expanded our Farm To Fork Personal Chef Services to also include "Personal Chef At Your Porch."

Personal Chef At Your Porch is the quintessential safe option offering everything that our "live" personal chef services offer - personalized/custom menus, tablescapes & decor, full bar set-up, the freshest ingredients, and "day-of event" preparation - delivered to you at the time you request.  These services also include our crew arriving at your home earlier in the day of your event to decorate and set up the bar, tables, etc., and full break-down and clean-up after your guests leave.  Your menu is delivered within 1 hour of the start of your event, or at your request.
